Who we are

What we collect and why
When you get in touch
If you use our enquiry form, phone us, email us or message us on Facebook, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your project. We use it to reply, arrange a visit and give you a quote.
Legal basis: taking steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
When we carry out work for you
We keep your name and contact details, the address of the property, details of the job, and our quotes and invoices.
Legal basis: carrying out our contract with you, and meeting our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records for HMRC.
When you visit this website
- Always: our web host records technical details such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interests). We also store your cookie choices.
- Analytics, only if you agree: Google Analytics and our web agency’s statistics show us which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (town or region), what device they use and how they found us.
- Call tracking, only if you agree: the site shows a tracked phone number from CallTrackingMetrics. If you call it, CallTrackingMetrics records the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the page or advert that led to it, then connects you to us.
- Google Maps, only if you agree (or click “Show map”): Google receives your IP address and may set cookies.
Legal basis: your consent for analytics, call tracking and maps. You can withdraw it at any time using .
We never sell your information, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
